Date and time: 9/27/2014 1:20 AM Subject: Re: Dating arkansas, by Shami Date: 9/27/2014 1:22 AM I am going to ask you a few questions about dating arkansas, because I was wondering if you were familiar with my previous email to you: I have been in a relationship with a Muslim (I'm now married) for the last four years. During sweedish men our first months, he asked me if I had a lot of friends (that is, people who were similar to me), and asked if I was happy with my life, and if I had any regrets. He was the first Muslim that I ever dated, and I was a bit apprehensive at first, because I didn't know how to deal with that. When we were talking about it more in the last four months, I realized he was a nice and respectful guy. He seemed a bit confused about my identity, and I had a bit of anxiety because I knew there was something about him that I didn't know about him. But then he started to take interest in my past. After a year of dating, I started to ask him for my personal details and personal questions. And he said, "No, you're right, I don't really want to do that, but I don't want to lie to you either. So I'm not going to start from the beginning, but I'll tell you what happened." And it took a lot of me to just sit there and take that in for a second, but I realized he really wanted to help me understand the issues. Then the conversation got deeper and it became clear that he felt like he had been betrayed edmonton muslim by his Muslim community, by his family, and by his church. And he felt like there was a part of me that was afraid to tell anyone, and that the only person who could help me was him. He really wanted to give me that perspective and that comfort. And I think that was a good sign, because I really felt like if I could just talk to him about these issues, I'd feel more able to deal with them on my own.
So I started to go out to the mosques and meet the people that he had gone to high school with, so that I could understand how things were going to go.
