Flirchia and muslims in India The word flirchia comes from flirchia (flowing water) and muslim (musician). We are talking about a different type of flirchi here. I use the flirchia in these dishes because it has so many uses that it will make your kitchen look amazing.

In a large bowl, whisk together the water and the lemon juice. Add the salt, cinnamon, and oil. Mix thoroughly. Now add the flour, and mix thoroughly until combined. Then add the egg, one egg at a time, and mix thoroughly. The dough will begin to take shape after this step. If you like you can skip this step. Take your dough and shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate. After 24 hours, punch down the dough and roll into a ball. Place the ball in a greased greased 9×13 inch baking pan, and bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before attempting to remove the ball from the pan. Preheat oven to 350F. Cut the dough into rounds and place them into the prepared pan. Bake for about 10 minutes until brown on the bottom. Cool slightly on a wire rack. To make your homemade Turkish ganache, prepare the following: 1/4 cup butter, softened, plus more for the top 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg 2 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 tsp fresh orange zest 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup heavy cream Combine butter, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla and orange zest in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk for 5 minutes until butter mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in the water and heavy cream. Stir until smooth. Spread ganache on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top with the cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and vanilla, then the orange zest and sprinkles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until edmonton muslim ganache is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
