Aisha's story

Aisha, the young man, was in a relationship with a Muslim woman. He was an American citizen and had a British passport.

The relationship deteriorated in the summer of 2012, Aisha claims. He told her he had decided to leave her after a few months because he 'didn't feel like she was really my equal'. She told him she didn't know what to do and wanted to leave. He tried to get back together several times, but she refused. Then he started texting her, inviting her to visit the country with him, but she refused.

He texted her: 'I love you so much. I want to make sure you have everything you need in my life. I'm sorry I wasn't a good friend to you. Please try to understand. I'm going through a hard time with indian matrimonial sites in canada my family and I just want you to be there for me. I love you' She then replies: 'It's alright, it's ok' She's then invited him to dinner at a restaurant he was going to see. He accepts and they have a really nice dinner. (The next day) The two are now engaged. (The next day) She has started her own online dating profile where you can chat to her, find out more about her family, friends and work. (The next day) Her family gets back from a trip and it is agreed that they would meet up in the next few days and he was able to confirm that she was in fact in fact on his online dating page. He goes to her house and they have a wonderful dinner, she has a glass of wine and they start talking and he tells her that she is really pretty and he wants to see her for dinner. He asks her if she will meet him in person. She says "oh yes". He is at the end of the hall, they say a few words and she walks away. The next day, he texts her asking if she is ok and says that she should go to the gym. She texts vivastreet pakistani back and says that it is fine and she will be at work. She then tells him that she's in a long distance relationship and doesn't think it is good for her to date someone for a long time. She asks for her number. He tells her that she can have one back. She responds saying that she only needs to know her number. This leaves him frustrated. He then decides to do some research on her (just to be safe). He finds out she is married and that she had been married for 3 years. She's not happy. She tells him that she's been having problems with her husband. He doesn't know what to do. She says they can't keep doing this. He goes off and tries to make some sort of decision, but gets discouraged. He tries calling the man back and his wife comes out to the car. She says that she can't go on. She's going to the gym and they have a big party. He's scared. The guy comes out and is all edmonton muslim 'that's nice. You're going to be all right, you can come out, you can have the party'. He's a good guy. She doesn't want to go on. The man tells her that she can come out, but she has to promise she will be on her best behaviour.'

'How can you do this to me?' she is told.

'You're a Muslim and you have no other choice. But you can't just say 'I'm a Muslim and I don't have a choice. I'm a Muslim, so I'm allowed to do what I want'.

She replies, 'So? You're telling me I can do what I want because I'm a Muslim.' He's taken aback. 'I didn't say that, she says. 'I don't think Islam allows it. I know about Sharia, but that's not Islam.' The man replies, 'You're wrong, you're so wrong. Islam has no way of making you do things.' She shakes her head. 'If you don't want to do it, don't do it.' He 's a little put off. 'That's what I'm saying. I think it would be a shame to go to any of those places. I think they have a lot of things that are wrong. We can't let them in.' This is not the first time that the couple has faced problems with the muslim community. They had a run-in with a man on the streets of London in 2007. The guy said 'the world's a better place if you go to those places' and the couple refused to go. The man was later found guilty of racism, but the couple sex dating bristol had to pay a fine and give up their visa. I asked the couple if their uae girls visa was taken away because of their relationship, or was that just because of muslims marriage the incident with the man on the streets? I told them that I think the man was right and that if they didn't go to the countries that they wanted, then there was a risk of them being stopped. They said that they didn't sweedish men have time to explain the situation to a lawyer. The man had been arrested in 2008, and the couple went with him because they felt that he was a better lawyer. There are a lot of other muslim women, not all of whom have these issues, and this is one of the reasons why I decided to speak out about it. The article about this incident and the couple has been posted on a Muslim Women's Rights website, but I don't think they're going to have the opportunity to find out the truth as well. As you can see from this photo, they do have some problems with being stereotyped and they're having trouble with their visa application.
