This article is based on the understanding that a person's actions determine their level of piety. When a person has not lived up to the ideal of his actions, this is considered to be a sin, and that person has been judged as such. There are many people who cannot attain the standard of their actions, and these people are therefore considered to have fallen short of the ideal. If you see people behaving badly, this is probably because they are not living up to the standards of the standards of Islam.
